DEEP3R Social Media Corporation is social media marketing and web design company focused on delivering social media training, marketing, coaching and branding strategies to small and local businesses nationwide. In addition we offer web design using the CMS software WordPress. We build and design any type of website. We are looking for a Business Development Manager.
DSM Corp offers proven social media strategies for B2C and B2B businesses. Some of these businesses include real estate agents, entertainment and music companies, artists, bars and restaurants, soloproneurs, MLM marketers, groups and organizations, insurance agents, attorneys, and even doctors.
To be successful in this position you need to be a self-starter and a go-getter. You will undergo product and sales process training. You will be provided with online and offline sales collateral.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• New Client Acquisition: Identify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals.
• Client Retention & Renewals: Manage marketing data using applicable sales management systems or tools (e.g., database, computerized call calendar and time management systems) to maximize efficiency and analyze data/marketing activity on a weekly basis.
• Customer Service/Account Management: Investigates and resolves customer issues; Initiate collections calls as necessary.
• General Duties: Assist in the development of annual marketing strategy in conjunction with the CEO, and sales team, and identify joint marketing opportunities where applicable; Understand and comply with the sales system/program in place.
Compensation Expectations: 100% Commission position.
Commissions are a flat rate of 30% That includes commission on residual income from monthly clients. Commissions are paid twice a month. Commissions rage between $150- $1500 based on performance.
Minimum Requirements are:
*Prior experience with social media and internet marketing is a plus*
* 2+ year sales experience with documented track record preferable
* High school diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor's degree preferable
* Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
* Access to home office (computer w/basic MS Office, unlimited local/long distance telephone service, reliable internet service, ability to use social media and email)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and good math skills
Experience building and managing a sales pipeline via Streak CRM platform and strong Follow-up and Closing abilities are highly desired. Social Media Sales Representatives are required to have their own reliable transportation and cell phone. DSM will offer cell phone plans and Nexus 7 tablets to proven Sales Reps after a probationary period and proven consistent reach of sales quotas during that period.
**This is a remote position. Our main office is in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking for candidates nationwide.**
